 I'm Ryan Loveless, a dedicated IT professional from Tornado, West Virginia, with over 15 years of experience in consumer electronics and technology support. I've built my career around a passion for simplifying technology and empowering people to make the most of their devices. So they can focus on the stuff that matters most. 

For more than 13 years, I served as a Double Agent at Geek Squad/Best Buy, providing both remote and in-home technical support to clients throughout the Charleston-Huntington area. My expertise spans computer repair/setup, data migration/protection, networking, technical troubleshooting, home theater, smart home, consulting, and customer service. I take pride in my ability to resolve complex technical challenges while building strong long lasting relationships with clients.

I’m happily married to my wife Jamie since June 2012, we have three wonderful child who are all miracles from God. Together my family and I have faced life's greatest challenges with faith and perseverance. 2024 put this perseverance to the test when I had to undergo a heart transplant due to a genetic condition. Being a heart transplant recipient has taught me just how precious life and time are, and through this journey, I've experienced firsthand how God is good and faithful. He has brought me through every trial and blessed me with a second chance at life. This experience has deepened my faith and strengthened my commitment to serving others with gratitude, compassion, and purpose. 

Currently, I launched Faithful IT Solutions, a faith-based technology support business that combines my technical expertise with my commitment to serving others with integrity and excellence. I'm passionate about providing personalized IT solutions, from setup and installation to troubleshooting and education, ensuring that technology works seamlessly for every client I serve.
