Terms and Conditions – Faithful IT Solutions
By accepting an estimate or booking with Faithful IT Solutions (“we,” “us,” “our”), you agree to the following terms:
- Services and estimates
Estimates are based on the information available at the time and are not final until work is completed. If we discover additional issues or required work, we will discuss changes and get your approval before proceeding.
- Scheduling and access
You agree to provide safe access to the service location at the scheduled time, including necessary parking, entry, and access to power, internet, and equipment. If we cannot start work due to lack of access or unsafe conditions, a trip or cancellation fee may apply.
- Cancellations and rescheduling
We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations, no-shows, or repeated rescheduling may result in a fee at our discretion.
- Payments
Unless otherwise stated in writing, payment is due upon completion of service. You agree to pay all charges shown on the final invoice, including any approved changes to the original estimate. Late or unpaid balances may be subject to late fees and collection costs.
- Client responsibilities and data
You are responsible for backing up important data and for providing any passwords or administrative access needed to complete the work. While we take care, we are not liable for pre‑existing problems, hardware failure, or data loss that occurs during or after service.
- Limited warranty and disclaimers
We stand behind our workmanship for a limited period (30 days unless otherwise stated on the invoice) but cannot guarantee performance of third‑party hardware, software, or services. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service; we are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (such as lost income or downtime).
- Third‑party services
We may recommend or help set up third‑party products or services (such as software, cloud accounts, or subscriptions), but we are not responsible for their terms, pricing, or performance. You are responsible for reviewing and accepting any third‑party terms.
- Changes, governing law, and entire agreement
Any changes to these terms must be agreed to in writing. These terms, together with your estimate and invoice, form the entire agreement between you and Faithful IT Solutions for the services described and are governed by the laws of the State of West Virginia.
